THE MOSCOW ACADEMY OF EARLY MUSIC

is the first orchestra in Eastern Europe to rediscovery of the style of playing of the epoque. It has played numerous times at Lockenhaus, Hamoncourt's Graz Festival, the Festivals in Boston, Utreck, Schleswig Holstein, etc. It regularly tours Hungary, Spain, Finland, France, Germany and Italy where they have taken part in the most important Concert series in Monfalcone, Turin, Rome, Bologna, Pesaro, Messina, etc.
Tatjana Grindenko has worked with Gidon Kremer, the counter tenor David James, the fortepiano player Andreas Staler and the tenor Mark Tucker.
It has been said of the Moscow Academy of Early Music:
"... a homogenous mixture and perfection... the Moscow Academy strikes you for its transparent mixture and essentiality.." - II Piccolo
"... the Red Priest met the Russian anima and success was assured". Corriere della Sera
"Standing ovations for Tatjana Grindenko and the Moscow Academy of Early Music. Great Virtuosity and variety of colour." - Rheinische Post.
"... people who developed this style never played anything like this well, and there is not a large number of ensembles in any area of musk, let alone early music, who consistently play at this virtuoso level." - Boston Globe.
